I am currently using E-Fax as my main Fax service provider, Everything is working great but the price has recently gone up on me, I would like to know of someone else experience using a different Electronic Fax service provider that would also let you edit and digital signature faxes, but at the same time that I don’t have to pay for an expensive Adobe reader editor in order to do so.

I would try ringcentral fax it will allow you to add digital signatures and at a far lower price. There are also other affordable services with good functionality. Take time compare and review. Good resource
